HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
We are charging a FLAT RATE of $6.95 for all local deliveries.

WHICH DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?
We have daytime delivery slots daily available from 1-5pm Mon-Fri. We also offer evening deliveries TUESDAY, FRIDAY & SATURDAY evenings.
WHAT ARE THE ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES?
DAYTIME DELIVERY
CUTOFF: 10am day of the delivery M-F
TUESDAY EVENING DELIVERY
CUTOFF: 2pm on the preceding Monday
FRIDAY EVENING DELIVERY
CUTOFF: 2pm on the preceding Thursday
SATURDAY EVENING DELIVERY
CUTOFF: 2pm on the preceding Friday
DO I HAVE TO SHOW ID?
Yes. Delivery drivers will request proof of age/identity before releasing your order. Orders will not be left unattended. Make sure you have valid, government-issued photo ID ready at time of delivery. The person receiving the package will need to show one of the following forms of identification:
a) a valid passport;
b) a valid driver’s licence;
c) a valid identification card issued by Manitoba Public Insurance;
d) a Secure Certificate of Indian Status issued by the Government of Canada;
e) two valid pieces of government-issued identification, with at least one piece of identification containing a photograph of the person.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER COULD NOT BE DELIVERED?
Individuals will be refused service if intoxicated. If the delivery attempt was unsuccessful because the recipient could not provide proof of age, was not available to accept the order, or appeared to be intoxicated, the order will be returned to the Distillery.
You will receive an email notification indicating the reason the package was not successfully delivered. You will have the following 3 options:
1) Have us reattempt the delivery at a specified time. The 2nd delivery will incur a new delivery fee.
2) You can pick your order at the Distillery. The original delivery fee cannot be refunded.
3) You can cancel your order and we will issue you a refund for the product. The original delivery fee cannot be refunded.

Delivery is for personal use only. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase products for delivery, and you may be asked to show proof of age. Items subject to availability. Make sure you have valid, government-issued photo ID ready at the time of delivery.
Baltic Bros uses an anti-fraud verification service for your protection. Individuals placing online orders via credit card may be automatically rerouted to the credit card provider’s authentication screen when entering payment information.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY FOR PICK-UP?
You will receive an email notification indicating when your is ready for pick-up. It will include full instructions, location, hours for pick-up.
