THE FLAVOUR
Baked and fresh apple aromas/flavours are the main calling cards with layers of honey, sweet grasses and vanilla creating an elegant & flavourful experience.
THE PROCESS
Prepared Manitoba apples and sweet grasses are infused in to Wheat Vodka. Next we create a honey concentrate tincture using vanilla, cinnamon and our family’s secret spices. We blend the two and steep for as long as necessary.
Once the flavours are infused to the exact standards of our four generation old family recipe, we bottle, label, and package everything by hand.

BASE: Wheat Vodka
VISUAL: Mid-toned gold
AROMA: Notes of apple pie, sweet vanilla, smells of freshly mowed hay, and spring flowers.
TASTE: Smooth and balanced with earthy overtones of grass, vanilla and mature fruit. Lingering finish of caramel and toasted nut.
